Ky's story:
On Monday Jan. 22nd, 2024, Shayna Skiles and Kade Lynott noticed that their 14-month-old boy Ky was losing his balance and seemed to be in pain. They went to a couple doctor visits, then decided to head to the ER for a second opinion. They did a CAT scan and noticed Ky has a mass on his brain stem which is creating pressure and blocking spinal fluid causing poor balance. An MRI was done, and the mass is believed to be around 2”x2” malignant tumor, which will be confirmed with a biopsy. Good news is the MRI didn’t show any spots down his spine!
